Courses

Next Group Class begins 7 March!

Classes are currently held for a maximum of 3 couples per course in a group setting, and cost £250 per couple.

Lasting between 2 1/2 to 3 hours, they take place over 4 to 5 consecutive weeks. Classes take place in my home in Newport (near Tredegar House).

On the course, each couple will receive a folder with class notes, a copy of the HypnoBirthing® book and a
relaxation CD to take away.

Each course will provide you with everything you need to know to achieve an easier, more comfortable birth.

You and your birthing companion will learn how to create a birthing environment that is calm, serene and joyful, rather than tense and stressful.

You will learn how to achieve deep relaxation, how to listen to your natural birthing instincts and how to remain in control at all times.

The Government will pay you £190 for attending a HypnoBirthing® class

If your baby’s due date is on or after 6th April 2009, and you’re 25 weeks pregnant or more, you’re entitled to a £190 grant (in other words, free money you don’t have to pay back) to help prepare for the birth of your baby.
